ABOUT
Tranquility Wild West Town is a small wild west town & club based near Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland ( near the Glendronach Whisky Distillery). It begun development in 2005 and is run by Alistair Baranowski , who had the western environment built on 2 acres of land next to his home. Tranquility has a reenactment group known as the Northern Rough Riders consisting of folks from a wide range of backgrounds. We are always looking to recruit more members. Tranquility is open to anyone of all ages and is a place where enthusiasts are welcome to , enjoy re-enactments of the cowboy era and to live the life of the Wild West. If YOU are a fan of westerns, gun-fighting, sheer excitement, fun and adventure, why not come along for a taste of the real Wild West? The chance of a lifetime! .... and the perfect place to make new friends! We meet regularly at Tranquility for rehearsals, film making projects, authentic weekends, shootouts etc. We are also regularly invited to attend local galas & major events all over Scotland.
