Brian joined us in September 2014 during our Autumn Round Up. He'd had a lifelong interest in the Old West. As soon as he joined he took an active interest in every aspect of the Club's life. Indeed he was part of our 80:20 Group, whereby 20% of the members do 80% of the work! He was a friend to all. He was very quickly elected Chairman of our group, Northern Rough Riders, although he had to resign the Chairmanship about a year later for health reasons. Brian leaves a wife, daughter & Son-in-Law, & two young grandchildren.

"We think about you daily Brian Watt & know that you are with us in spirit. I know that as I walk around the town & enter the various buildings I think of the help you've given the club, the maintenance work you've helped me with, the things you've made for us & so much more."

He will be greatly missed. R.I.P.

                          In Memoriam

Thank you, because by visiting this page it keeps the memory of these dear people alive in our hearts. Everyone had a story and each of their lives is precious, not just to their families, but to all of us. May they rest in peace.

"Some people come into our lives and quietly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never ever the same...."

God Bless...

Coyote Mike (1936-2014)

Member from 2009-until his death in 2014)

Michael was a real gentleman & true supporter of Tranquility & the NRR. Michael initially would travel from Glasgow to come to Tranquility, later he moved to Cambridge & most recently Whitley Bay....& still he would try to come up as often as he could. He will be missed.
Our thoughts & prayers go out to Lillie-Mae & the family. May they find peace & comfort in knowing that he is with his maker & that he is no longer in pain. R.I.P.

ANDY MCINTOSH

(1963-2018) Andy joined in 2015 & was a member for only 3 years. When he joined us he was waiting for hip replacements & was on sick leave from his job as a truck driver. Movement was often painful for him so he wasn't able to get too involved with club activities. However, while off work, he taught himself leather working & made several gun rigs. He bought & donated to the club some excellent amplification / tannoy equipment which we've rarely used. He sourced internet retailers ( guns & leather etc) & shared the info freely with the membership. After he got his hip replacements he was back at work (nightshifts) & was unable to get along to Tranquility. For the short time he was with us he has left a rich legacy. Taken away far too soon. Alan McEwen

Alan McEwen (Died 2017) Alan was a really nice, friendly & happy-go-lucky kind of guy. He joined us in 2010 & was a dependable & enthusiastic member. He rarely missed an event & regularly helped out with maintenance jobs. He left the group in 2014 suffering from a heart condition. In the year prior to his death he would volunteer to help with maintenance & helped out at several Open days but never rejoined.
